So no more realish money prizes for MaT's. What are the in game prizes now? Simply just Reward Points or does ANet have something else in mind?

Gold? Items? New Armor unlocked? Mini Pets?(God please no)

Anyone have any ideas?

Just throwing ideas out...

More character slots. More reward points. Ability to use reward points on eotn weapons and armor. Guilds that finish high enough may receive some special weapon or armor unlock for their character.

Hopefully super rare/expensive minipets or everlasting tonics.

Anything that I can sell. Skins might be cool, but I'd want to use them on my PvE character.

The winners should receive the ability to breath fire through their Dread Masks using an emote.

This would be the smartest move on anet's part. Their policy on RMTs would be a pretty big roadblock, but having their electronic prizes be worth RL cash would be one of the few ways to keep monthlies truly competitive.

How much were those everlasting beetle tonics going for again?

Spring started on March 20th, so I guess anyday now.

Items huh? Wonder if they will be customized automaticly or Just for the charcter you used in the tourny so long as you never delete them like when you unlock armor. Or like the HoH chest, when the match ends POW theres a chest everyone gets their shit and you say "yay, another sigil whoo hoo" Nah, that would take extra coding, plus RP's only go to the players who were in the first round, these prizes are prolly linked that way too.

This was the closest to what actually happened. They improved the reward points and added an emote to zaishen chest.
